BILLIONS®BLR-631 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment, manufactured by the sulphate process with excellent dispersion and gloss, good opacity, high tinctorial power and low abrasivity. BLR-631 has special inorganic and organic surface treatment and particle size control technology.
